Nov 17th - 18th Latino Community Fund put on a competition which was about providing just transitions through a 2 day build process. 

Andra presented her idea from the Tenant law center, a app that would allow for tenants to use Ai counter eviction letters with their own documentation. 

With a Team that was able to form on the first day, we worked with Andra to animate her idea and manifest it into a prototype of the app, in less then 8 hrs. 

After the judges convened they came out and let the whole room know the winner of the competition was the Tenant Advocate App Team
